Job Description - Graphic Designer Intern
WORRELL is an award winning US-based consulting firm specializing in medical and healthcare design since 1976.
Our Shanghai office is currently seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Design intern to assist our Shanghai creative team for a 6 month + period of time.
As graphic designer intern, you will assist with our international research and design teams to visualize and communicate information, insights and design solutions for our multinational medical and healthcare clients. You will also work on Worrell business development material.
You will have hands on opportunity to work across a range of internal and external projects in multiple mediums including print, digital, video, animation and user interface.
Infographic Enthusiast:
You are a good systematic thinker. You have a natural ability to break down complex ideas and data sets into high quality visual infographics that clearly and efficiently communicate the important ideas.
Proportion & Aesthetics:
You have strong sense of proportion and aesthetics that is appropriate for professional audiences in international markets.
Attention to Detail:
You are able to produce high quality details that support the “big idea” or main concept. Your design solutions demonstrate visual consistency, organization and order.
Personality:
You are self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. You enjoy new challenges, learning, improving, team collaboration and other cultures.
Required Skills:
· You are currently Studying or have finished design studies (graphic design)
· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
· Photorealistic 2D/3D Rendering.
· Good sketching ability (rapid visualization of concepts)
· Capability in UI visual prototyping is a plus
· Capability in video & motion editing is a plus
· Fluency in English is required
