一、个人履历
霍良安,上海市特聘教授,博士生导师,上海理工大学管理学院教授,上海理工大学智慧应急管理学院教授、上海公共外交研究院兼职研究员,博士生导师,加拿大卡尔顿大学高级访问学者(2018.1-2020.3)。近年来主持相关科研项目20余项,包括主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,其中主持的2项结题的自然科学青年基金项目后评估为“优秀”;省部级项目8项,上海市电力公司等各类企业委托项目15项;在相关领域发表论文100多篇,其中被SSCI/SCI检索论文80余篇,专著5本,专利2项。
