CRM Administrator Role:

Manage CRM tracking system

·       Record of correspondent emails, post-meeting notes, referrals, schedule to-do, remind Partners and managers on the next steps

·       Mailing programs – mailing list generation, execute, record in CRM and follow up

·       Lead the data cleaning, working with the administration and business development teams

·       Work with lead partners and managers to maximize the usability of the China practice CRM records

·       Other related administrative role

Expected credentials

·       Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years experiences with editing experiences preferred

  • Good interpersonal skills with a keen sense of customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and detail oriented
  • Professional and proactive service attitude and able to work independently
  • An enthusiastic and motivated team player
